It is clear real estate is not just a job but he has a passion for it. He was very straightforward, providing his honest opinion every step of the way. He had some knowledge about home maintenance and repair which was very valuable. The home inspector he helped us arrange was outstanding. The only odd point was that we were charged a "door opening fee" as a buyer by the agency. This is not a fee I have never paid as a buyer.

I will be referring him to friends and acquaintances, if any are in need of a true professional.

And when we had to close the sale during an exceptionally busy work time for me he made that all possible, and helped the title company work around my schedule.
